Kael and Kilburg are here!

Okay, I'm not going to lie, I was a little worried that the lack of updating Kael Mouillierat and Brian Kilburg's pictures meant something bad, but they're up now! :)

So, for being tardy, they get their own post!

Brian Kilburg: "Wow. Consistent."

Kael Mouillierat: "Hmm... Kael looks bigger!"

Anyway, I'm just super happy to see that they've been updated. Not gonna lie, I was worried that their situation was similar to Gunderson's... Really, I think it's sad that Gunderson is gone. :( Reminds me of when Huck left, except for the fact that I had a soft spot for Gunderson and didn't really have one for Huck... :/ But yeah, happy to see they're here! :)

The Awaited Happy Birthday Channing Post.

As I'm sure everybody is aware of, September 13th is Channing's birthday! And, being that Channing is one of my favorite players ever, and thanks to the fact that I was pressured by a fellow blogger, I'm making a post to celebrate!

Sadly, this post isn't going to be the type that I was pressured to make. Instead, it's going to be a serious post, for you see, my creativity is currently on a halt. Plus, it's been a loooooong week full of hockey-related worries that I'm not going to get into. :)

So then, allow me to share with you the whiteboard/bulletin board that was in my dorm room last year:

Yup, that was the motto last year. And probably this year, too.

Basically Channing is the only Mav I've ever liked before I even saw him. (Okay, that's kind of a lie... I'd seen his picture and I think I did see him in person once...) But anyway, he's the first Mav I ever started to like before I really knew anything about him. (Okay... now that I think about it, I do think I liked Dan Tormey based off of his picture, so I was a little biased when I saw him in real life, but only slightly...) ANYWAY, the point is, I really liked Channing right away, for many reasons:

1st: His name. Okay, Channing Boe is the MOST AWESOME name ever. Honestly, I remember the summer before last, I was like rollerblading with my friend or something, and we were questioning rather or not this new "Channing Boe" guy was Asian or not. We finally settled that he was. (And we figured Austin Lee was a Texan. Wow, we need to stop guessing...) Anyway, you can imagine our shock when we finally saw a picture of this Channing Boe guy. :)

2nd: I heard one of his little "interviews" on the radio. I actually only caught the very end of it, but I loved it. And I loved his interview when they played North Dakota too. He's definitely my favorite Mav to listen to.

3rd: I don't really remember the facts on this (because really, when do I ever remember the facts?), but there was a time that someone checked Jon Kalinski or something, and Channing checked them back. Which made me really happy. Because that proved that Channing was a good teammate.

4th: Hello, Channing Boe is so inspiring!

There. Four good reasons why Channing rocks. So have a good birthday Channing!

FINALLY ROSTER PICS ARE UP!

Okay, so I was checking the specifics on when Channing Boe's birthday is, when I noticed there were new guys added to the roster. Not gonna lie, that really threw me, so I clicked on one of their names and up came a new roster picture of them! And this became the best day of my life since I can't remember when. It's better than Christmas!

So my friend and I decided to jot down our first thoughts of seeing everybody's roster pics.

(And, for your viewing pleasure, I have included the pictures right here next to my comments! Expect to see these pictures plenty of times here on this blog!)

Alrighty then...

Mike Zacharias: "Oh... nice. Actually kind of consistent."

Nick Canzanello: "Oh, that's real cute."

Cameron Cooper: "Oh, we should call him Cammy! Hi Cammy!"

Brian Kilburg: "...His is the same."

Ben Youds: "Oh, that's a nice one Youds."

Andrew Sackrison: "Aww... I like that one."

Baylor Dieter: "Oh, he looks like a hockey player."

Kael Mouillierat: "What's up? He's still a [cute]creeper!" (I hope Kael knows I love him...)"

Zach Harrison: "Oh... He looks like an angel." (Our comments were starting to get a little rehearsed...)

Mike Louwerse: "Awww... *silence*"

Rylan Galiardi: "They have like profile views... I think they did that on purpose. He has like a smirk."

Justin Jokinen: "Ooh... he looks like a high school kid."

Jerad Stewart: "Aggressive!"

Tyler Thompson: "Aww...*more silence*"

Blake Friesen: "Nice! His hair's like fluffy. I wonder what type of conditioner he uses?"

James Gaulrapp: "Oh. LOVE HIM!"

Geoff Irwin: "Okay, why does Irwin have a new one when Mouillierat doesn't?! ...I can't wait to get to Channing Boe!"

Jason Wiley: "Okay... new "most consistent!" Is this even new?"

Mick Berge: "It's true Chris Clark, he is a beauty!"

Kurt Davis: "Nice hair Kurt."

Trevor Bruess: "Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! <3 <3 <3"

Adam Mueller: "I like him! This is like Christmas!!"

Joe Schiller: "Oh, he has pretty eyes and a nice shirt!"

Brett Peterson: "Oh cute Brett!"

Channing Boe: "Awwwwwwwww! His hair looks wet. Channing, could you get any cuter? Seriously, is his hair wet? He didn't bother to blow-dry it? How manly of you Channing!"

Austin Lee: "Is that the same? Austin, I like you. I don't know what it is about you, but I like you!"

Dan Tormey: "...Just like every year, I'm speechless."

Wait... Where's Jon Kalinski?!

A Few Things to Note.

First off, I'd like to give a big shout-out to all of the Channing Boe fans out there! Family, friends, stalkers... thank you all for visiting this blog. Channing is such a great guy, and I'd love to see his fan-base grow. ESPECIALLY if that fan-base is going to be checking my blog.

Secondly, I want to point out the new addition to our blog. That would be the countdown to the Mavs' first game!!!! I'm super new to Flash, so it took me a while to figure it out, but I think it turned out okay. I worked on it instead of working on my math homework. :)

Third of all, I would like all the Mavs to notice the role model that is Kael Mouillierat. Because of recent speculation, our site hits have sky-rocketed, which makes me a very happy blogger. Thanks Kael!

Fourth, if you know of any dirt on the Mavs, (players, feel free to partake in this!), please give it me. *cough cough*LGM*cough cough*

Fifthly, I have added (and re-added) two very special players to my top 5, and a special post in dedication will be made to them soon. (As soon as I have enough time, that is.)

Sixth of all, I'm thinking about starting my own radio show. Basically, it'll be available only on this blog, and instead of reading about the Mavs, you can hear me talk about the Mavs! Things to look forward to: My "I don't like Andreas Nodl" song, "player" interviews, special guests, and some other really cool stuff! But don't get your hopes too high... I'm still not sure if it's going to fly.

...Well, I guess that's all I have to say. Hopefully a more entertaining post will follow soon! (Don't get your hopes too high... College algebra is just killing me)
